Going Toe to Toe Over Your Right To Redress

Courts have become largely irrelevant because many people are excluded from our judicial process. Most people who need courts cannot afford lawyers. Even lawyers in Kansas federal and state courts cannot afford to adequately represent their clients as judges create more and more obstacles to relief against the unconstitutional acts of state agencies and to protect the lucrative federal fund income streams to "court services" officers and judges for taking kids and keeping divorced couples fighting for years over child custody.

Listen to me in   argue for my right to help people put together the documentation they need and the Kansas Supreme Court's questions in favor of restricting this right. Toe to Toe Round One!

But that's okay. The Kansas Supreme Court decided no one can have a lawyer anymore in Civil Rights or parental rights termination cases either. Disbarment of my attorney Bret D. Landrith

Listen to me interviewed on  nation wide radio with Ron Smith and  Robin Dennison.
